As a Texas exes life member, do u get bowl game ticket at face value price?

I am about to move to LA, and wondering if I should join the Texas exes life time member program.  so do I get to buy the Bowl game tickets every year at face value as a student?

tickets have nothing to do with the Texas Exes organization.  You will have to buy football season tickets in order to get bowl game tickets at face value (i believe).

It is a determining factor, however it's pretty far down below in the priority list of whom gets tickets.

Here is the priority list of people who get to buy season tickets, and I believe that the bowl game tickets are fulfilled in a similar fashion.

1. Longhorn Foundation donors (When filling single game tickets for Longhorn Foundation members, Longhorn Legacy level donors are filled first.)
2. UT letterwinners
3. Voting faculty / Code 1000 staff members (according to the UT Office of Human Resources)
4. Dues-paying Texas Exes members
5. General public
6. Ticket requests received after the "Priority Handling Deadline" are filled by date of receipt. Priority handling no longer applies.
